Procedure Of Payment

For custom designs

For mid-range duplex and bungalow plans, the client is to make a non-refundable down payment of ₦100,000 and ₦200,000 for luxury and apartment plans. This amount will later be deducted from the total cost of design work.

The client is to complete the payment when the floor plan draft is ready, at a point when the total design cost can be calculated.
